Universal Chiropractic is a fast-paced, professional environment with reliable support staff, and a well-established client base. Our clinic offers multi-modal treatment, and we are in search of an RMT Massage Therapist to join our team who will provide our clients with exceptional massage therapy services. This is an incredible opportunity of an experienced RMT or new grad. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping people feel their best, and a dedication to providing the highest quality of care. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage, and will be able to provide personalized treatments based on each client's individual needs.
**Requirements:**
* Certification/registration with CMTO.
* Applicants must be proficient in English, and demonstrate excellent people skills.
* Although the successful candidate will have access to the clinic's patient base, the individual must also be willing to build their own practice.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage.
* Assess clients’ needs and tailor massage sessions accordingly.
* Provide advice on stretching and relaxation techniques.
* Keep accurate records of clients’ treatments.
* Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
* Comply with all local and provincial licensing laws and regulations related to massage therapy.
**How We Support our RMT:**
Provide full-service administrative support which includes, appointment booking, and payment collection so you can focus on servicing the client.
**Job Type:**
* Full-time contract
**Salary:**
* Split based percentage or flat rental rate (negotiable)
