Professional Cleaner — True South Cleaning Co. (SE Calgary)

**True South Cleaning Co. is a new crew-based cleaning company serving Cranston, Seton, Auburn Bay, Mahogany, Chaparral, and New Brighton. We're hiring two cleaners to start — employees, not contractors — with consistent schedules, training, uniforms, and all supplies provided. The job: residential and small commercial cleaning to a written checklist standard, with before/after photos on every visit. Same team, same clients, every time. Pay: $20–$22/hr to start (lead hand $24–$26/hr), part-time to full-time, with room to grow into a lead role as we add crews. You need: a reliable vehicle, valid driver's licence, and insurance that covers business use (we pay a per-kilometre allowance at the CRA rate — 73¢/km for the first 5,000 km per year); cleaning experience preferred but we'll train the right person; able to pass a criminal record check and provide two references; living in or near SE Calgary preferred — our routes are dense and local.
