**Overview** Customer Care & Salon Manager Busy Hair Salon & Hair Replacement Establishment We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Care & Salon Manager to join our busy team. This role is full time and ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming experience, and keeping a salon running smoothly. What you’ll do * Welcome clients and provide warm, professional customer service * Answer calls and messages, book appointments, and manage the salon schedule * Support clients with care and discretion, including those seeking hair replacement services * Help coordinate the day-to-day operations of the salon * Keep the reception area and client spaces organized and inviting * Assist with retail sales, payments, and general administrative tasks * Support the salon team and help ensure appointments run smoothly What we’re looking for * Strong communication and customer-service skills * Excellent organization and the ability to multitask in a busy environment * A professional, welcoming, and discreet manner * Confidence using appointment-booking systems and basic computer tools * Previous salon, customer-care, or management experience is an asset * Knowledge in hair, beauty, or hair replacement services is a plus \* To apply: Send your résumé and a brief introduction to devera@ultrahair.ca Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
