**Overview**
Football Formula is a youth soccer development lab in Toronto. We work with players aged 5 to 13, from beginners to house league, rep and academy players, as supplemental training that helps them improve and take it back to their own teams. Our sessions focus on ball mastery, technical skill, decision-making and confidence, in a fun, high-standard environment.

The role
We’re adding two Lab Coaches to our team for the Winter 2027 season. You’ll work alongside our Coaching Director and coaching staff, leading small groups and helping every player get more touches, more feedback and more confidence.
**We especially welcome women coaches.** Some of our young players are girls, and we want them to see themselves in the people coaching them.
**Duties**
* Execute the lab curriculum by demonstrating clear explanation of skills, drills, and team strategies
* Lead and support drills in fitness circuits, ball mastery, dribbling, passing and shooting
* Run small groups and keep every player active and engaged
* Help referee and guide end-of-session scrimmages
* Give players clear, positive, age-appropriate feedback
* Help set up and pack away equipment
* Keep sessions safe, fun and consistent with our Code of Conduct
**Qualifications**
What we’re looking for
* Strong playing background; college, university, League1 Ontario or academy experience is an asset
* Experience coaching or working with children is a strong asset
* Energetic, reliable and a great communicator with kids and parents
* Available all 10 Sundays of the season
Requirements before your first session
* **Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening**
* **Canada Soccer Safe Sport training** (online): Respect in Sport, Make Ethical Decisions, Rule of Two, Making Headway and Emergency Action Planning
* Standard First Aid & CPR is an asset
