Tâches : Responsibilities Tasks Prepare and submit reports Recommend measures to improve productivity Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Train or arrange for training Oversee safety of operations Recommend personnel actions Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Set up machines and equipment Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Troubleshoot and locate faults Perform opening and closing activities Organise day-to-day business operations Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Check products for quality control Maintain records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Assess performance of subordinates and authorize promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions Supervision Painters and coaters, manufacturing Plating, metal spraying and related operators
