Tâches : Responsibilities Tasks Prepare patients for dental examinations Prepare plaster models and moulds Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases Perform reception and clerical duties Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment Educate patients concerning oral hygiene Schedule and confirm appointments Take and develop X-rays Record dental procedures performed on patients Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts Make impression and mould of teeth, gums and jaws Assist in grafting activities Maintain clean and safe work environment Perform denture whitening and cleaning Fabricate and repair crowns, bridges or implants Assist in surgery
