Marketing Manager

Location: Suhum, Ghana Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) We are a growing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company based in Suhum, seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic marketing leadership, drive brand growth, strengthen market presence, and develop innovative strategies to increase sales and market share. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Lead brand management, product positioning, and promotional campaigns. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share. Drive product visibility and brand awareness across various distribution channels. Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour assessments. Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders. Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. ⁠Menmbership of a professional marketing body will be an added advantage. Minimum of 7 years’ relevant working experience in the FMCG sector. Proven experience in brand management, trade marketing, and market development. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent understanding of the Ghanaian FMCG market and distribution networks. A proven track record of delivering measurable sales and brand growth.
