We are currently expanding our footprint and have several open vacancies for driven, results-oriented professionals to lead our business growth in Ghana. The Opportunity We are hiring for multiple roles (Sales Representative, Sales Executive, and Sales Manager). The final title and responsibilities will be determined based on your application and level of experience. If you have a background in Engineering, Medical/Laboratory Sciences, or IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), and possess a strong network in the Ghanaian healthcare sector, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities (Scaled to Experience Level): Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Ghana market. Promote and sell our portfolio of diagnostic analyzers, reagents, and consumables. Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels, hospitals, labs, and key clients. For Managerial roles: Manage, train, and mentor the internal sales team to achieve high performance. Consistently achieve sales targets and drive overall business growth. Requirements: Preferred Background: Engineering, Medical/Laboratory Sciences, or strong IVD industry experience. Strong, established network within the Ghana IVD/Medical industry and broader healthcare sector. Proven track record in sales (and team management for the Manager role).
