About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture and digital transformation initiatives within the telecommunications and enterprise technology domain. The role involves defining IT strategies and architectural roadmaps, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions, and driving the design and delivery of complex Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS). The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to modernize legacy platforms, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in telecom architecture, service fulfilment, customer order management, network inventory, product and service management, and enterprise system integration.
