Senior Test Automation Engineer – Integration & Containerization Validation

You drive quality engineering and test automation for enterprise PLM integration solutions, validating containerized deployments and integration workflows across cloud and on-premises environments. Tasks - Design, develop and maintain automated tests for integration workflows, APIs and services - Apply AI-assisted techniques to accelerate test-case generation and defect analysis - Validate functional, system, integration, regression and risk-based test scenarios - Test containerized applications, including deployment, scaling, rollback and resilience checks - Build and maintain automation within CI/CD pipelines with quality metrics and reports - Validate integration security including authentication, encryption and connectivity - Perform root-cause analysis across application, integration and infrastructure layers Profile - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in quality engineering and test automation - Strong experience in test automation using Java, Python or JavaScript with BDD/Selenium/Playwright frameworks - Experience using AI coding or testing assistants and evaluating AI-generated tests - Hands-on experience with Docker and container validation; Kubernetes knowledge preferred - Experience with CI/CD and version-control tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps - Working knowledge of Linux and cloud environments such as Azure or AWS - Understanding of secure networking, encryption and identity management standards Offer - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position - Home office possible, based in Zurich Company Industrial software Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/senior-test-automation-engineer-integration-containerization-validation-tah-g34um/
