Group Senior Manager - IT , Marketing & Communications Applications ===================================================================== Your main tasks and responsibilities ==================================== Partner with , Marketing, and Communications, worldwide, translating business priorities into application roadmaps and digital initiatives. Own the application portfolio lifecycle: demand, business analysis, solution selection, delivery, support, improvement and retirement. Lead demand and service management, including incidents, changes, releases, user support and service performance. Maintain the portfolio roadmap and drive process harmonisation, integration, data quality, reporting and user experience improvements. Lead or oversee CRM, tender management, commercial analytics, digital marketing, communications, website and patient-facing application initiatives. Analyse and shape data, analytics and generative AI use cases, pilots and adoption with Data & AI and specialist teams.
