We attach great importance to ensuring that applicants, clients and jobs are a perfect match For our client, a houshold name in the Geneva region, we are looking for a team-oriented, responsible and independent personality as a IT Onsite Supporter (a) 60% [Ref:2817] ======================================== Ihre Aufgaben Provide on-site end-user support via the Service Desk and walk-in support kiosk Support Microsoft workplace environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and end-user devices Manage and support mobile devices within an MDM environment Perform IMAC activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and hardware repairs Provide dedicated VIP support for office staff and senior management Coordinate dispatch activities and external service providers supporting retail stores and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems Ihr Profil Fluent French and English are mandatory; is an advantage Strong customer and service orientation with a professional manner Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple support activities Willingness to work onsite in Geneva and occasionally at other locations Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work overtime when required Ihre Chance Modern working environment Travel time to additional locations is counted as working time, with extra expenses reimbursed separately Opportunity to work in an international and dynamic team environment Details zu dieser Stelle Starting date January or
