--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Sales Support Defense (m/f/x) ---   Sales Support Defense (m/f/x) ============================= Your responsibilities --------------------- You will support the Key Account Managers in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring efficient communication and follow-up with designated Defense customers; You will assist in gathering and consolidating customer information, requirements and business data to support commercial activities and opportunity management; You will contribute to the monitoring of market developments, customer activities and competitor trends to support strategic decision-making and business growth; You will support the preparation and maintenance of customer action plans, reports and commercial documentation in alignment with company objectives; You will coordinate and prepare customer reviews and strategic meetings to support long-term customer relationships and business development; You will support bid preparation, proposal management and quotation activities by coordinating internal contributors, collecting required information and ensuring timely submissions; You will collaborate closely with management, product sales teams and other internal stakeholders to align customer requirements with company capabilities and priorities; You will support commercial reporting and sales performance tracking through data preparation, analysis and regular updates of relevant systems and tools; You will ensure compliance with applicable Defense, security and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your profile ------------ You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field. You have initial experience in sales support, project coordination, account management or a similar commercial environment. You possess initial knowledge of the Defense industry or have a strong i
