In this role, you will act as the quality voice in global product development and change projects, ensuring that quality is planned, risks are managed early, and products are ready to perform in the real world. What You'll Do Act as the quality lead and single point of contact for quality in assigned global product development and change projects, ensuring close alignment with Project Managers, Innovation, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Product Management, and quality functions. Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific quality plans and control concepts across all PCP phases, including proactive risk identification and mitigation. Contribute to product and process risk assessments such as FMEA, ensuring mitigation actions are implemented and their effectiveness verified before gate approvals. Review specifications, design outputs, verification and validation plans and results, and production readiness; provide a clear quality-based recommendation for PCP gate approvals.
