Based at our site in Rotkreuz, this role sits within the Product & Process Science (PPS) group. You will apply hands-on precision dispensing expertise directly where it matters most: on the production floor, working shoulder-to-shoulder with process engineers, shift operators, and quality teams to stabilize processes, minimize scrap, and boost product quality. The Perfect Candidate: has expertise in (electro-chemical) sensors, sensor manufacturing or (electro-, analytical-, technical) chemistry. He/She is knowledgeable about processes in the chemical labs, manufacturing and quality control. The candidate is familiar with leading continuous improvement projects and used data science (programming, statistics etc.) in previous roles or projects to support data-driven decisions. The role includes communication, collaboration and alignment with interfaces ranging from the engineering team to shopfloor, which the candidate brings with him. Tasks & Responsibilities
