For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Scientist to support with… Scientist, Research Development & SciencesJob description: For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Scientist to support deviation investigations, CAPA management, and continuous improvement processes in a GMP-regulated environment. About the customer: • Duration: Immediate start, 1 year with option to extend • Location: Bern Requirements: • Investigation of GMP deviations, conducting root cause analyses, and preparing detailed investigation reports. • Participation in initial assessments and coordination of deviations within the Quality Management System (QMS). • Creation, management, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) until completion. • Close collaboration with production, quality assurance, engineering, supply chain, and other departments. • Analysis of process data and identification of improvement potentials regarding quality and compliance. • Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Competences: • Completed degree in Life Sciences (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biology) or several years of relevant professional experience in sterile filling. • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or food industry in a GMP-regulated environment. • Practical experience in deviation management, root cause analysis, and preparation of investigation reports. • Knowledge of QMS, CAPA, change control, and risk management is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with TrackWise or Veeva is an advantage. • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability as well as a structured, independent, and quality-oriented working style. • Proactive, team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly familiarise with new topics.
