You process applications, calculate regulatory benefits, and ensure timely payment. You record the granted benefits in the system and handle any correspondence in German, Italian and/or French. You are the contact person for the insured persons, authorities, and social insurance institutions. Requirements: To meet the demands of this role, you have completed a commercial basic training and further education in the social insurance sector or have gained several years of professional experience in social insurance. Your German and Italian or French skills are at a good level, and you can communicate very well both orally and in writing. Do you work precisely and can you set priorities?
