The REHAB Basel, Clinic for Neurorehabilitation and Paraplegiology, treats and rehabilitates patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and related conditions following accidents or illnesses. We offer a broad spectrum of therapies to help the people entrusted to us achieve the greatest possible independence and an optimal quality of life. The clinic has 110 beds and an outpatient department. Around 660 employees implement the visions and values of REHAB Basel in their daily work. They work in a unique building in the attractive tri-border region. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a therapist in physical therapy 60% from January 2027 or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility: • Treatment of patients in the inpatient area on all wards from early rehabilitation to late rehabilitation • Written documentation of treatment sessions Your profile: • Completed training as Medical Masseur EFA or SRK-recognised massage diploma or completed training as a physiotherapist • Professional experience in the field of neurology is an advantage • Very good communication skills and high empathy • Good ability to set boundaries in the clinical setting with severe pathologies • Enjoyment of classic massage • Interest in various treatment methods within the spectrum of physical therapies • Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration with an understanding of patient-centred working methods • Very good oral and written German skills (at least level B2 with proof) You will find with us: • Working hours Mon-Fri until 5:15 pm/no on-call, night or weekend duties • A demanding and varied field of activity • Openness to innovation in the field of physical therapy • Targeted induction in the field of neurorehabilitation • A respectful working atmosphere in a committed and open-minded team In addition, you will find a variety of team-building and employee-friendly offers such as staff outings, staff events, free sports activities for employees and much more.
