For its Operations sector, the Buildings–Domains–Management service is looking for:
Site Manager, Operations Agent 100% (ref: 476)Your mission:Integrated within the Operations sector, you are responsible for managing the Florissant school site and APEMS, also participating in maintenance, upkeep and cleaning work, as well as planning and controlling these tasks.
Required qualifications:You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an operations agent or in a HVAC-related field, and you have good technical knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep.
Professional experience:3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Personal qualities:Proven experience in leading a team enables you to competently manage a small team
You are proactive, versatile, motivated to invest yourself in an administrative environment and have a sense of service and collaboration
You are willing to take on a rotating on-call service, including weekends and weekday evenings
You are at least 30 years old
Residents of Western Lausanne will be given preference
