Main tasks You care for and support residents from young to old, with cognitive or multiple disabilities during the night. You act responsibly, keep a clear head even in acute situations, and behave calmly and thoughtfully. To successfully master this task, you need, in addition to professional qualifications and experience, a big heart, patience, love for the profession, and resilience.
