For our client, an established Swiss service company, we are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented individual in the Zurich area for the position of Administration Employee with a Flair for Numbers 100% (a) Your tasks: In this versatile role, you competently handle customer enquiries via various communication channels. At the same time, you are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable and take on additional tasks in the finance area. Among other things, you create and manage invoices, post incoming payments, and manage the dunning process. Additionally, you continuously maintain and update customer master data and record meetings. You ensure a smooth daily routine by managing office supplies and correspondence.
