Job DescriptionWhat awaits you with us: An exciting introduction to the world of IT: In the first year, you will learn the basics of IT at the Vocational Training Centre Zurich Altstetten. From the second year onwards, you will be fully involved with us at SMG in Zurich- Oerlikon and apply your knowledge directly in practice - accompanied by trained young talent coaches. Cool tasks: • You build and operate virtual servers (Linux and Windows). • You plan, maintain and monitor networks (LAN). • You work with modern tools such as Notion and ServiceNow. • You are part of exciting IT projects – sometimes you even lead them yourself! • You help us implement the IT wishes of our customers. A supportive environment: You are not alone! You work closely with experienced developers in the areas of IT Helpdesk, IT Application Management and IT Operations (also in a “hybrid work” setting).
