Production Operator

Join Midsummer as a Production Operator at our production facility in Järfälla. You'll work with the manufacturing of our lightweight and flexible solar panels, supporting efficient production and consistent product quality. This is a role for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality and is interested in technology and manufacturing. You'll work closely with your colleagues in production and contribute to stable processes and daily operations. Please note that we are primarily recruiting for our evening shift. What you'll be doing As we rotate between different workstations and production steps, your tasks may vary over time. Depending on your workstation, the role may include: Operating and monitoring automated and semi-automated production processes Manufacturing and assembling solar cells and solar panels throughout different stages of production Working with small components that require precision and attention to detail Performing quality checks and documenting production results Monitoring processes and reporting deviations Following work instructions, procedures and safety routines Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient production flow Supporting continuous improvements within the production team The role requires you to work both independently and as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities following your training period. What we're looking for An interest in technology and the ability to understand manufacturing processes The ability to read, understand and follow technical instructions and work procedures A structured and quality-focused way of working Fluency in English, both written and spoken The ability to work both independently and collaboratively Previous experience from industrial production, assembly work, manufacturing environments or other roles involving precision and quality control is considered advantageous.
