On behalf of a municipality in Agder, Southern Norway, we are recruiting registered nurses for permanent positions within municipal healthcare services. These roles offer varied clinical responsibilities, independent nursing practice and close collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

About the positions
The municipality provides a range of healthcare and care services, including nursing home care, short-term care, dementia care and home-based nursing services.
In the nursing home, you will care for patients who require round-the-clock nursing, treatment and medical follow-up. Your responsibilities may include general nursing care, dementia care and supporting patients with complex or long-term health conditions. The nursing home has long-term care units, short-term care beds and a dedicated unit for people living with dementia.
In home care services, you will provide nursing care and follow-up to patients living in their own homes or supported housing. You will carry out independent nursing assessments, provide medical treatment and help patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
In both settings, nurses work closely with healthcare assistants, doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and coordinated patient care.
