Volvo Energy develops and commercializes competitive Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and provides customers with reliable solutions which optimize energy costs, operational resilience, and renewable energy integration.   We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team at Volvo Energy as Project Manager BESS installations. What are we looking for in this specific role? In this role, we are looking for an experienced project manager who can lead BESS installation projects from contract signature through energization, final acceptance, and handover. You combine strong project leadership with practical understanding of construction, electrical infrastructure, commissioning, and site execution.   You are a self-motivated and results-driven team player who creates structure in complex projects and works effectively with customers, contractors, suppliers, grid owners, authorities, and internal technical or project teams. You are comfortable taking ownership of scope, schedule, cost, risk, safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle.   Responsibilities include: Own project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and execution, with regular reporting to project stakeholders. Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule covering permits, supplier deliveries, civil and electrical works, grid owner activities, compliance testing, commissioning, and energization milestones.
