Head of Maintenance Volvo Powertrain Industrial Skövde
Volvo Powertrain Industrial in Skövde is undergoing a historic transformation as we develop and begin producing tomorrow’s sustainable powertrains. At the same time, we continue to manufacture world-class engines. To succeed in this transformation, we need a maintenance organisation that delivers high reliability today while developing to meet future needs.
We are now looking for a Head of Maintenance to lead and develop the organisation through this change. We are looking not only for an experienced maintenance leader, but for a results-oriented transformation leader who can engage people, challenge established ways of working and build a strong culture characterised by both Dare and Care.

The assignment
You will join the Skövde management team, report to the Head of Skövde plant, and play a central role in developing the business strategy and advancing initiatives that strengthen the entire production site. V
