Key Responsibilities Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of Brakes and Steering Software (SW) for customer projects, ensuring agreed scope, timing, and quality targets are met. Analyse RFQ/TR requirements and translate them into clear, prioritised, and actionable backlog items for development teams. Coordinate cross-functional software development activities and align deliverables across engineering, validation, project, and customer teams. Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; define mitigation actions and escalate critical concerns in a timely manner. Drive the investigation and resolution of technical issues affecting software development, integration, validation, or delivery. Represent the software domain in technical and commercial discussions to clarify requirements, assumptions, interfaces, and delivery expectations. Lead internal development initiatives in alignment with the product roadmap and customer programme needs. Maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Promote clear ownership, collaboration, accountability, and a strong customer focus throughout project execution. Required Qualifications and Experience 9–12 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, with substantial experience in braking, steering, chassis, or related vehicle-control systems. Proven experience with passenger-car software development lifecycles, project milestones, requirements management, integration, validation, and release processes.
