A Snapshot of Your Day As a ShareASpace Application Expert, you start your day by monitoring the health and performance of the ShareASpace platform that supports collaboration across expanding PLM environments. You work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, IT specialists, and external vendors to resolve complex application issues, coordinate releases, and maintain reliable integrations between ShareASpace, PLM systems, and SAP ERP. Throughout the day, you contribute to cloud operations in Microsoft Azure, support automated deployment processes through Azure DevOps, and help ensure high-quality product data and BOM structures. Your work directly supports the stable, secure, and scalable roll-out of Collab Nova across multiple business areas. How You’ll Make an Impact Responsibility for 2nd line technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex incidents within the ShareASpace environment Management of application lifecycles including installations, software upgrades, patch deployments, and release activities Ensuring security, compliance, and system reliability through certificate management, authentication protocols, and software license administration Responsibility for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure supporting ShareASpace Coordination of Azure DevOps pipelines, automated deployments, requirements tracking, and validation of system changes through comprehensive testing Ensuring efficient integrations and data flows between ShareASpace, core PLM systems, and SAP ERP while supporting product data and BOM quality What You Bring Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent vocational pathway together with Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and ITIL Foundation Certification Experience in application management, operations, and technical support for business-critical systems within complex IT environments Proficiency in Microsoft
