Customer Service Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers locate products and make recommendations. Build customer loyalty through exceptional service. Support checkout operations and customer transactions. Create positive experiences that encourage repeat business. Order Fulfillment Pick and prepare online pickup orders. Assemble local delivery orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare shipping orders according to company standards. Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time. Communicate order issues promptly to leadership. Store Operations Stock shelves and maintain product presentation. Replenish inventory throughout the day. Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Support merchandising and promotional displays.
