The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions and action to maximize the marketplace transactions with a healthy service level for users. We are looking for Senior Manager, Platform Growth and Operations who will lead the team to grow the online platform / marketplace while ensuring good user experience through various business initiatives and online platform tactics for both users and drivers, while also driving the product capability enhancement needs and priorities and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly. The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions and action to maximize the marketplace transactions with a healthy service level for users. We are looking for Senior Manager, Platform Growth and Operations who will lead the team to grow the online platform / marketplace while ensuring good user experience through various business initiatives and online platform tactics for both users and drivers, while also driving the product capability enhancement needs and priorities and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly. Lead and guide the team on reviewing market performance and driving various initiatives to grow the online platform business across all markets, by combining data insights and local market intelligence. Areas include (but not limited to) initiatives to sustain and grow user and driver retention and activeness (e.g. incentives, tactical pricing changes, order allocation), grow the product offerings on the platform. Establish frameworks, processes and workflows to facilitate better decision making and enhance operational efficiency, through combination of data analysis, market intelligence collection and collaboration with other Functional Departments and city teams. Drive marketpl
