Zoox is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead one of our teams focused on hiring engineering talent. In this role, you will partner with engineering leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for teams in systems engineering, artificial intelligence, software and robotics.   As a key member of the talent leadership team, you will lead and mentor a group of recruiters and recruiting leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Your ability to build strong relationships will be critical as you partner with stakeholders to navigate various hiring challenges.   Your work will directly support Zoox's mission to drive innovation and excellence in mobility.
