The System Design and Mission Assurance (SDMA) team plays a foundational role in the company's success, responsible for constructing the safety case and fail-operational design for our autonomous driving robots before public road deployment. The System Design and Mission Assurance (SDMA) team plays a foundational role in the company's success, responsible for constructing the safety case and fail-operational design for our autonomous driving robots before public road deployment. Oversee and manage the end-to-end SDMA clearance process, ensuring all program stages are executed efficiently while ensuring scalable and robust processes are implemented as the company expands Lead a team of Technical Program Managers, providing guidance and support for multiple concurrent clearance programs, including live service, early milestone, and clearance Develop and drive program schedules, milestones, and deliverables related to the safety and clearance of our autonomous robotaxi Serve as the primary point of contact for all clearance-related activities, facilitating communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams Define and manage the scope and timeline for the various clearance activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to the clearance programs while managing dependencies across various teams Report on program status, risks, and progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities
