Zoox is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr/Staff Business Enablement Architect to lead the optimization and scaling of our core business functions in support of the company’s rapid growth. This role leads the digital transformation of our production environments. You will architect the bridge between enterprise-level planning (SAP) and shop-floor execution, ensuring our manufacturing lines are scalable, data-driven, and integrated with Engineering and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate combines hands-on leadership with a strong strategic vision, ensuring that foundational processes not only meet current business needs but are built to support long-term growth without costly overhauls. You will architect the bridge between enterprise-level planning (SAP) and shop-floor execution, ensuring our manufacturing lines are scalable, data-driven, and integrated with Engineering and Supply Chain. Integration Focus: Design end-to-end processes specifically for NPI (New Product Introduction), work order management, and quality control loops. Data & Visibility: Architect real-time data flows between the shop floor and Finance to ensure accurate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and inventory visibility. Design and implement scalable, end-to-end business processes across core functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and Marketing with SAP as the core ERP system and Salesforce and 3DX as CRM and PLM platforms respectively.
