Job Title: Data Quality - RTP Experience: 8–14 Years Location: Bangalore / Chennai Role Overview Job information: Required These BAs are required to augment execution team who has been mandated to deliver the Data Risk Treatment Plan / Remediation Plan & associated book of work for the business. Key activities that the BA will be performing include but not limited to: Understand the data regulations (including but not limited to those relating to Record retention, retrieval, completeness/ accuracy, and disposal) and apply them in the context of the Institutional Banking business. Perform Discovery and gap analysis of the current state vis-à-vis the above-mentioned data regulations. Develop solution options and conduct options analysis. Design detailed solution & corresponding implementation approach. Train and communicate the solution / changes. Implement the solution / changes to perform actual remediation/disposal. The book of work is more business-oriented and will require significant collaboration with the Process Owners, Product Owners, Operations Team and Compliance Skills-set Critical thinking & business analysis Stakeholder management & engagement Impact assessment Change Management Domain Expertise Banking, preferably Institutional Banking Data Regulations, preferably those relating to Record Keeping – retention, retrievability, disposal etc. Show more Show less
