SAP Concur Lead Consultant (Implementation)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Concur solutions, including Expense Management, Travel Management, Request, and Invoice modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, implementation leadership experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive global or enterprise-wide SAP Concur deployments. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, travel managers, and technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP Concur solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle SAP Concur implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support. Conduct discovery workshops and business process assessments with Finance, Procurement, AP, and Travel teams. Configure and customize SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice modules. Design expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, and compliance controls. Integrate SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, Active Directory, HR systems, and third-party applications. Define travel booking policies and corporate card integrations. Collaborate with technical teams on API, SFTP, and middleware integrations. Prepare functional design documents, solution architecture documents, and configuration workbooks. Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and end-user training. Drive data migration, security setup, and production deployment activities. Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations. Mentor junior consultants and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Required Skills 8+ years of ERP and enterprise application implementation experience. 5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur implementation experience. Proven experience implementing: Concur Expense Concur Travel Concur Request Concur Invoice Strong understanding of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes. Experience configuring: Expense Types Audit Rules Approval Workflows Expense Policies User Administration Travel Policies Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience. Experience leading workshops and solution design sessions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
