Hiring | Lead Business Analyst (Lead BA) Location: Kochi / Trivandrum, Kerala Experience: 7+ Years Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solutioning across project lifecycles. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement documentation. Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Design, and Engineering teams. Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, priorities, and deliverables. Guide junior BAs and ensure quality of documentation and solutions. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis. Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and solutioning skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication. Exposure to UI/UX and product development. Experience leading BA teams or handling product management responsibilities. Good to Have Construction domain experience (preferred). Business process modelling knowledge. CBAP / CCBA certification.
