Citrix Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Citrix Engineer to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting Citrix environments, including Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and overall IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Implement and manage Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp solutions to deliver virtual applications and desktops to end-users. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix server administration and VDI. - Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with existing network management practices. - Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to enhance system reliability. - Provide technical support and guidance to users regarding Citrix-related queries and issues.
