Workflow Design: Design and implement efficient business workflows and process flowcharts. Documentation: Write clear and structured PRDs, Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories. ERPNext Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of standard ERPNext modules (Manufacturing, Buying, Selling, Stock, Accounting) and ensure their effective interaction. Process Mapping: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with both business operators and technical developers to ensure alignment on project objectives. Problem Solving: Leverage strong analytical skills to foresee potential business edge cases and incorporate solutions into system designs. Execution Management: Take a hands-on approach to manage product timelines and ensure development aligns with business goals. AI Integration: Utilize AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar tools) to generate code snippets, prototype modules, or accelerate development processes. Qualifications Experience: 4–6 years of experience in ERPNext functional consulting, business analysis, or technical product management. Industry Knowledge: Proven, extensive background in the manufacturing industry, particularly in high-volume manufacturing, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics. Product Management Skills: Exceptional ability to create structured documentation, including PRDs and user stories. Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERPNext modules and their interdependencies. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
