Location: Pune, India Years of Experience: 4?7 years About Position We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our dynamic team focused on developing and maintaining applications for Care Transitions platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application development using .NET technologies and a passion for creating scalable, efficient solutions in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Develop and maintain applications using .NET and Angular for Care Transitions platforms (nhAccess, nhCoordinate, OCM). Work independently on assigned features/modules and deliver end-to-end solutions. Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Participate in code reviews, testing, and defect resolution to maintain high-quality standards. Support deployment and ensure production stability in Azure environments. Mandatory Skills 4?7 years of experience in enterprise application development using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices). Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v12+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks. Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework (basic to intermediate level). Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and scalable system design. Preferred Skills Exposure to Azure Cloud services and DevOps practices. Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka) and workflow tools (Camunda or similar). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker). Exposure to AI/LLM integrations and AI-enabled application development. Expertise You'll Bring Experience in enterprise application development and distributed systems. Healthcare or insurance domain exposure is an added advantage. All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities, including: Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise. Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows. Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity. Experience working on Care Transitions applications such as nhAccess, nhCoordinate, and OCM will be helpful.
