Functional Consultant - Manufacturing/QM/PM

SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant with strong S/4HANA migration experience to lead design, configuration, and deployment activities for the Freeport project Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to optimize web application performance and user experience. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. PP Configuration — MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, scheduling, shop floor execution. QM Processes — Inspection types, MICs, sampling, quality plans, results recording, usage decisions. PM Configuration — Equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, notifications, orders. S/4HANA Migration — Lead migration strategy, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution. Cross Functional Collaboration — Work with MM, SD, FI, and ABAP teams for integrated process validation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies relevant to building scalable applications. Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex web application issues. Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Strong hands on experience in S/4HANA migration (greenfield or brownfield). Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles Knowledge in S/4HANA migration. Experience with S/4HANA data structures (e.g., production versions, advanced ATP, new MRP tables). Ability to create FS/DS documents, test scripts, and migration templates. Strong coordination with ABAP teams for development issues fixing. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
