Description du poste

Hiring for Swiggy — via Flexiple, the recruiting partner on this role. About the Company Swiggy is India's leading on-demand delivery and convenience platform: food delivery, Instamart quick commerce, dining out and more, used by millions of people every day. Its engineering runs on real-time systems at very large scale, with hundreds of microservices on the order path from app home page to doorstep. The backend team is growing with the business, and this hire joins the engineers building the Go services behind it. About the Role As an SDE I on the Go backend, you'll build and own microservices and APIs that serve millions of users. You'll write production Go from day one, make services faster and more reliable, and work with product and engineering teams across Swiggy. The role is based in Bengaluru and is hybrid. What you'll do Build backend components and microservices in Go, using its standard library and ecosystem. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations between Swiggy services. Tune Go services for response time, stability and efficiency: concurrency, memory and runtime behaviour. Maintain, refactor and troubleshoot backend codebases so services stay highly available. Take part in code reviews, deployments, service monitoring and backend infrastructure work. Work with engineering and cross-functional teams, and suggest improvements to how Go is used across services. What you bring 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1 year building backend services in Go. Has shipped a Go service or API to production and can explain how it works, how it scales and what you changed. A solid grasp of REST APIs, microservices architecture and backend system design. Hands-on experience with Go concurrency (goroutines, channels) and with performance or memory tuning. Comfort with CI/CD, Git and cloud-native practices (containers, cloud deployments). Clear communication about API behaviour, and the ability to deliver quickly in a fast-moving team. Nice to have Experience with Kafka or other message queues, Redis, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Docker, Kubernetes and AWS in production. Backend experience at a consumer, fintech or other high-scale product company. Able to join immediately or at short notice.
