IT Operations Support Specialist

Position Description: We are looking for a Senior Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and incident management to support enterprise endpoint management operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Intune, MDM solutions, ITIL processes, and troubleshooting device compliance issues. This role requires effective coordination with support teams, driving resolution for major incidents, and ensuring service stability. Skills Required: Microsoft Windows, System Administration, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Authentication, Developing Automation Scripts, AI Must Have Skills: - Excellent experience of Microsoft Intune focused on Autopilot enrolment, Device Pre-provisioning & Configuration troubleshooting (Enterprise large account handled more than ~50k endpoints) - Proficiency in Entra ID Management, Conditional Access, troubleshooting Authentication issues. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting automation and proactive remediations - Excellent experience in troubleshooting in Windows administration - Experience in creating custom applications and integrating with Autopilot - Experience in configuring and deploying PKI certificates to Windows, IOS and Android devices Skills Preferred: Endpoint Security, Power Apps, Microsoft Office, IT Operations Experience Required: Specialist Exp: 5+ experience in relevant field Experience Preferred: - 5+ in Windows Client OS Administration and SNOW experience - Hands on experiencing creating Intune applications and custom solutions using Powershell or Copilot AI Education Required: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree Education Preferred: Certification Program Show more Show less
