We are looking for a passionate Point Cloud Software Engineer to help us build next-generation tools for 3D spatial analysis and digital twin applications. What You'll Do Develop advanced algorithms for point cloud processing and analysis Build tools for feature extraction, segmentation, classification, and measurement Develop visualization and editing functions for large-scale 3D datasets Create workflows for automatic generation of: Cross-sections CAD deliverables Asset inventories Inspection reports Optimize performance for billion-point datasets Work closely with our SLAM, robotics, and AI teams Contribute to Cloudman Air's roadmap as a core product developer Technologies We Use C++ Python Django Potree/Cesium Open3D and PCL (Point Cloud Library) ROS2 (optional) Preferred Experience 3D geometry processing LiDAR mapping systems GIS or geospatial applications Digital twin platforms Mesh generation and reconstruction GPU acceleration About Vitom Vitom is a Spatial Intelligence company developing proprietary technologies including: vitomSLAM Cloudman Air 3D scanners Autonomous mapping and inspection solutions Industrial Digital Twin platforms Our mission is to bridge the physical and digital worlds through intelligent spatial data.
