You'll help grow Korean consumer brands in the U.S. by building the financial KPIs, analysis, and AI-enabled workflows that help us understand performance and make better business decisions. Seongsu, Seoul · In-person · Full-time · 3+ years of experience WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll bring the analytical rigor of audit, transaction advisory, or investment banking into the day-to-day decisions of a growing business. Your work will connect financial performance with business decisions, while building the reporting, investor relations, and funding capabilities that support our next stage of growth. Define and manage internal financial KPIs across brands, channels, products, and our Korean and U.S. entities. Analyze revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, operating expenses, and cash flow, explaining what drives changes in performance and what we should do next. Build a consistent view of unit economics that accounts for product costs, freight, marketplace fees, fulfillment, advertising, promotions, and returns. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and actual-versus-plan analysis, translating findings into practical recommendations for management. Develop AI-enabled financial analysis workflows with our tech and data teams, including automated reporting, variance analysis, anomaly detection, and scenario modeling. Establish checks that keep AI-generated analysis accurate, traceable to source data, and useful for business decisions. Assess the financial impact of pricing, marketing spend, inventory purchases, new product launches, and channel expansion. Monitor working capital, inventory exposure, and cash requirements to support growth planning and capital allocation. Manage consolidated financial reporting across our Korean and U.S. entities, coordinating intercompany reconciliations, consolidation adjustments, and reporting timelines with internal teams and external accounting partners. Manage investor relations (IR), including regular investor updates, financial reporting, presentation materials, and responses to investor inquiries. Lead the finance workstream for future funding rounds, including Series B and beyond, covering financial models, fundraising materials, data room preparation, and investor due diligence in close collaboration with the CEO. Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships as opportunities arise. Work with internal teams and external accounting partners to improve financial data quality, reporting consistency, and visibility across entities. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF You have at least three years of professional experience in external audit, financial due diligence (FDD), transaction advisory, or investment banking, including M&A advisory or equity capital markets (ECM). You either hold a KICPA or US CPA qualification, or bring relevant investment banking experience. A CPA qualification is not required You have strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills and can connect accounting results with underlying business performance. You can work through detailed financial and transaction data, identify inconsistencies, and distinguish recurring performance from one-off effects. You want to move closer to the business and take ownership of what happens after an analysis or transaction is completed. You communicate financial findings clearly, including to colleagues without a finance background. You can work professionally in both Korean and English, including reviewing U.S. financial and operating data. You're curious about AI and willing to rethink how financial analysis gets done, while applying sound judgment to its outputs. You take ownership, work through ambiguity, and follow through on the details. Experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, cross-border operations, or FP&A is welcome. Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or workflow automation is a plus; programming experience is not required HOW TO APPLY Easy Apply is all we need, and your resume is enough.
