You own AI agents end to end, from pilot to production, working directly with enterprise customers. What You'll Do Design and ship production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue for the company's largest customers, not prototypes. Own the Agent Development Life Cycle: from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, building, tuning, and evolving agents in production. Partner directly with leaders at large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand their hardest problems and build agents that change how they operate at scale. Shape the platform: surface unmet needs from customer work, prototype new tools, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams. Example projects: churn-saving agents for telecom and media, device-troubleshooting agents for commerce, industry-specific agent frameworks, and integrating the latest voice models at enterprise scale. Who You Are Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems. Strong technical problem-solving in fast-changing, ambiguous environments. A builder and tinkerer with high agency: you find creative ways past obstacles and ship. Comfortable working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real problems. Strong English and Korean, clear and persuasive with technical and non-technical audiences. Even better: production AI/LLM experience, founder or founding-engineer background, familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG and prompt engineering, and React, TypeScript, or Go.
