Supply Chain Manager (Materials, Warehouse, and Logistics)

ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager (Materials, Warehouse, and Logistics) to provide overall governance and management for materials warehouse operations, bonded area compliance, and 3PL/logistics vendor management. This position focuses on strategic leadership, process oversight, and people management rather than direct hands-on execution. ROLE DESCRIPTION: A. People Management & Leadership (Mandatory) Direct team management, performance evaluation, KPI setting, and team member coaching/development. Optimize team workload distribution, resource planning, and operational alignment. Maintain cross-functional leadership with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and external stakeholders. B. Materials & Warehouse Governance Oversee warehouse receiving, kitting, line-side feeding, and shipping operational policies. Direct ERP (e.g., Epicor) and barcode/WMS-based Lot-level FIFO compliance and control systems. Oversee inventory accuracy strategies, cycle counts, and variance root-cause management. Enforce warehouse 5S, environmental controls, and workplace safety compliance. C. Bonded Area & Customs Compliance Oversight Supervise customs declarations, material usage reporting, and bonded transportation procedures. Manage customs audits, annual inventory declarations, and regulatory compliance evaluations. Approve bonded license renewals, customs brokerage settlements, and legal documentation. D. Logistics & Vendor Management (3PL / Forwarders) Govern external 3PL/LSP operational performance, SLAs, KPIs, and logistics spend validations. Evaluate global freight partners (DHL, FedEx, DGF, Expeditors, etc.) and direct freight cost optimization. Monitor Goods-In-Transit (GIT) and manage supply chain risk mitigation. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: People Management Experience (Mandatory): Proven track record in team leadership, workforce management, and performance evaluations. Managerial Experience: Broad experience overseeing materials, warehouse, and logistics operations (management focus rather than hands-on execution). Language Skills: Functional business English communication skills (capable of email correspondence and general operational discussions). Licensed Bonded Goods Handler (보세사) certification preferred. Leadership experience in semiconductor equipment, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries. Experience overseeing ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle) and WMS/FIFO implementation.
