Description du poste

An exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a growing international business. We are working with a really interesting, fast-growing, private equity-backed business that is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on but also wants to have a real say in shaping the people strategy and supporting a business through its next stage of growth. The business has a strong reputation in its sector, an international presence and ambitious plans for the future. With continued investment, growth and potential acquisitions on the horizon, it's a particularly exciting time to join. They are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, plenty of energy and a practical, down-to-earth approach to HR. Someone who enjoys building relationships, working closely with senior leaders and making things happen. So, what will you be doing? Taking the lead on developing and delivering the HR strategy, making sure it supports the wider business plans. Managing and developing a small team covering HR and payroll. Working closely with the leadership team to support business growth, organisational change and succession planning. Building on the existing culture and helping to create a great place to work, both in the UK and internationally. Developing learning, development and career progression opportunities across the business. Supporting and coaching managers on all things people-related. Reviewing and improving HR processes, systems, policies and ways of working. Driving employee engagement, performance management and reward initiatives. What are they looking for? Ideally, you will already be working in a broad HR Manager role or be an experienced HR professional ready to take that next step. You will need to be commercially minded, confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable balancing the strategic side of HR with the day-to-day challenges that come with a growing business. Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment would be a real advantage, and any exposure to international HR would be a bonus. Most importantly, they are looking for someone who is approachable, proactive and happy to roll their sleeves up. Someone who can build trust, challenge when needed and bring people along with them. CIPD Level 5 qualification is required. Why consider it? This isn't a role where you will simply be maintaining what's already in place. There's a real opportunity to put your stamp on things, introduce new ideas and help shape how the business develops its people as it continues to grow. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team, influence decisions and play an important part in the next chapter of the business. Diversity & Inclusion As an inclusive employer, Sullivan Brown Resourcing Partners is committed to equality of opportunity. We aim to ensure all candidates can perform at their best throughout the recruitment and employment process.
