Finance Planning Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team and play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes. What You'll Do Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning activities Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business performance reviews Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and drive performance Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes Contribute to continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives What We're Looking For ✅ BS Accountancy graduate; CPA preferred ✅ 2-5 years of experience in: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Management Reporting General Accounting Controllership Other related Finance functions ✅ Strong background in: Budgeting and Forecasting Financial Analysis and Variance Analysis Management Reporting Financial Statements and Business Performance Analysis ✅ Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Power BI (preferred) Financial Modeling ERP Systems experience (JDE/ExQL is an advantage) ✅ Preferred Background: Manufacturing, Industrial, or Business Finance environment Success Factors: We're looking for someone who is: Analytical and detail-oriented Proactive and results-driven Accountable and dependable An effective communicator and business partner Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering value through insights If you're ready to contribute to a company that is building a stronger future through operational excellence and financial discipline, we'd love to hear from you.
