About the Role Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting. Review, approve, and post complex journal entries and reconciliations while ensuring integrity of financial data across accounts. Perform advanced balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying risks and providing actionable financial insights to management. Partner with cross-functional teams and auditors to support financial reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing accounting processes, controls, and system efficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related Business field with 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Required Skills Strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant accounting practices. Proficiency in Oracle/ERP systems or general ledger reconciliation tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial analysis and interpret variances to support decision-making. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Preferred Skills CPA certification or progress toward certification. Experience in credit card processing, payments, or banking industry. Exposure to system implementations, automation initiatives, or process optimization projects. Show more Show less
