[T04] Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Permanent Role

Job Description • Collect, monitor, and analyse metrics from operating systems and applications to support performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability and operational efficiency through testing, workflow improvements, and the implementation of best practices. • Participate in system design consultations, platform management, and capacity planning activities. Knowledge of Broadcom VMware is an added advantage. • Design, develop, and implement sustainable systems and services through automation, continuous improvement, and infrastructure enhancements. • Balance the speed of feature development with system stability and reliability by establishing and maintaining well-defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs). • Proactively identify potential issues, performance bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies, implementing automation and workflow enhancements to drive continuous improvement. • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure services and projects are delivered on time and meet business and technical requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence. Pre-Requisites • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification. • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or a related technical environment. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver tasks effectively. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail TechnicalSkill Sets: • Operating Systems (OS): RedHatLinux, Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu • Container Orchestration& Runtime: Docker, Kubernetes • Monitoring &Performance: Observability (EA Reg No: 20C0312) Please email a copy of your detailed resume to abegail@talentsis.com.sg for immediate processing.
